We are looking for a Director of Content Partnerships to lead the strategy, sourcing, negotiation and optimisation of third-party content partnerships across our online sportsbook and casino business.
This is a senior, high-visibility role requiring a leader who combines procurement discipline with commercial judgement, industry knowledge and the ability to influence strategic decisions. You will help shape what content and capabilities we invest in, how partnerships are structured, and how external suppliers can support product differentiation, customer experience and commercial performance.
Working closely with Product & Technology, Commercial leadership, Finance, Legal and Compliance, you will own a critical area of supplier strategy and spend, while building a high-performing team and helping establish best-in-class partnership management across the business.
This role is suited to a high-calibre leader with the potential to grow into broader leadership responsibility over time.
Responsibilities

Lead the content partnerships strategy across sportsbook and casino, aligned to business, product and growth priorities.

Identify where third-party content, products and services can create competitive advantage and customer value.

Own end-to-end sourcing and procurement activity, including supplier evaluation, RFPs, negotiations, contracting, renewals and commercial governance.

Negotiate high-value and strategically important agreements covering pricing, rights, service levels, performance obligations and commercial protections.

Assess partnership opportunities using commercial and analytical judgement, balancing value, cost, risk and scalability.

Build and manage senior relationships with key suppliers, ensuring strong performance, accountability and ongoing value creation.

Monitor the external supplier landscape and bring market insight, innovation and new ideas into the business.

Partner with Product & Technology, Commercial MDs, Finance, Legal and Compliance to align partnership decisions with roadmap, proposition and regulatory needs.

Be a senior advisor to stakeholders on content investment decisions, supplier strategy and partnership priorities.

Lead, develop and mentor a high-performing team, setting high standards for commercial execution, stakeholder management and supplier governance.
