Summary
This is a full-time role for an operations Manager, based in Barnsley South Yorkshire The Operations Manager must have previous industry experience with water mains and services including designing and quoting for water main laying projects and will oversee day-to-day operations, liaising with key customers ensuring efficiency in workflows and optimizing resource utilization. Responsibilities include managing teams and leakage technicians’ day to day activity, quoting and costing jobs and creating team packs, streamlining operational procedures, and driving key business objectives. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance operational systems and ensure quality service delivery will be critical.

- Qualifications
- Expertise in Operations Management, Process Optimization, and Resource Planning
- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Proficiency in project management software is preferred.
- Previous experience in a leadership or managerial role is highly desirable
