Pepe’s Piri Piri is seeking an experienced Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the delivery of exceptional service. Duties
- Supervise and coordinate all restaurant activities, ensuring smooth operational flow
- Lead and manage a team of staff, including chefs, servers, and support personnel
- Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain quality standards
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene practices
- Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and oversee food production processes
- Provide training and development opportunities for team members to enhance performance
- Maintain excellent customer service standards by addressing guest needs promptly
- Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to optimise efficiency
- Uphold Pepe’s Piri Piri brand standards in all aspects of service and presentation
Experience
- Proven supervising experience within a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Extensive culinary experience with a focus on food preparation and cooking techniques
- Strong background in team management and leadership roles in busy environments
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food production
- Previous experience working in hospitality, hotel, or barista roles is advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently under pressure
- Excellent communication skills with a personable approach to staff and guests
