Painter / Decorator
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Painter / Decorator to join our growing company. The successful candidate will have a strong background in their trade and the ability to deliver high-quality workmanship across a variety of projects.
This role involves working on residential, commercial, and industrial projects, with experience in building maintenance painting considered an advantage. You will be expected to work independently, use your initiative, and make informed decisions, while also working effectively as part of a team. Maintaining a safe, professional, and well-organised working environment is essential.
The successful candidate may, on occasion, be required to assist other members of the team with additional construction-related tasks when extra support is needed.

Key Responsibilities
- Carry out all aspects of painting and decorating to a high standard.
- Undertake painting and finishing work on building maintenance and repair projects.
- Work across residential, commercial, and industrial construction sites.
- Work efficiently within live manufacturing environments while minimising disruption to operations.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe working environment at all times.
- Comply with all health and safety procedures, company policies, and site regulations.
- Use initiative to solve problems and make sound decisions on site.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and site management.
Essential Requirements
- Proven background in the construction industry.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to use initiative and make decisions when required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Good understanding of health and safety requirements.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Valid CSR Card.
Desirable Qualifications
- IPAF certification.
- PASMA certification.
- Any additional relevant trade qualifications or health and safety training.
