Duties
- Answering and directing phone calls with professional etiquette
- Managing correspondence, including emails and postal mail
- Organising and maintaining files, records, and documentation
- Data entry using various software programmes such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
- Scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
- Assisting with invoicing, billing, and basic bookkeeping tasks
- Supporting team members with administrative needs and ad hoc projects
- Ensuring the office environment remains tidy and organised
Requirements
- Proven office experience or administrative background
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is desirable
- Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Good phone etiquette and communication skills
- Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute preferred
- Clerical experience that demonstrates reliability and professionalism
