Manager / Advertising Manager – Domino's Pizza
Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Manager / Advertising Manager to join our growing Domino's Pizza business. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering marketing and advertising initiatives, increasing brand awareness, supporting customer engagement, and contributing to business growth across our stores.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, develop and implement advertising and marketing campaigns to promote the business and increase sales.
- Manage social media platforms, digital advertising, and online marketing activities.
- Develop local marketing strategies and promotional campaigns tailored to the surrounding community.
- Monitor advertising performance, analyse campaign results, and prepare reports for management.
- Identify new marketing opportunities and recommend strategies to improve customer acquisition and retention.
- Coordinate promotional events, partnerships, and community engagement activities.
- Ensure branding and promotional materials are consistent with company standards and franchise requirements.
- Work closely with senior management to support business objectives and sales targets.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Support customer engagement initiatives and maintain positive relationships with customers and local businesses.
- Assist in supervising marketing-related projects and coordinating with external suppliers, designers, and advertising providers.
Requirements
- Experience in advertising, marketing, business management, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media management, and advertising platforms.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to analyse data and prepare performance reports.
- Strong leadership and project management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Creative thinking with strong problem-solving skills.
- Experience within the hospitality, retail, or food service sector is advantageous but not essential.
