Renown Engineering has an immediate requirement for a skilled operator programmer for producing components for defence and energy sectors.
Mon-Thurs 7am till 16.45pm (day shift)
Mon-Thurs 9pm till 6.45am (night shift)
Pay rate: £18.02 - £19.28 p/h depending on experience (dayshift), £22.53 - £24.10 p/h depending on experience (night shift).
The role will involve:
- Writing/editing programs on Haas, Mazak or Hurco machines.
- Working from engineering drawings.
- Setting/operation of machines.
- Operating overhead cranes to assist with machine loading.
- Working alone or as part of a team.
The successful applicant must possess the following skills. If you do not meet these requirements, you will not be considered:
- Creating programs using Haas, Mazak or Hurco control
- Competent in the use of CNC machines
- Knowledge of inspection equipment
- Time served or at least 4 years experience in similar industry

4 day week - Monday - Thursday. Permamnent day / night shift roles available, or shift pattern.
