Job Summary
We are seeking a talented cleaner to join our team for weekday and weekend shifts. The ideal candidates will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness across the pub. This role offers flexible working hours to suit your availability, whether part-time or full-time, and provides an opportunity to work in a professional environment committed to excellence. Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided.
Your Working Week:
- Permanent role
- 2 hours per day
- Start time anytime from 6:00am onwards
- All cleaning duties to be completed by 9:00am
- Flexibility with start times can be agreed
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Maintain exceptional cleanliness standards throughout all areas of the pub
- Follow company procedures and ensure all relevant regulations are met
- Support the team in maintaining standards required for internal audits.
- Hold keyholder responsibilities, therefore honesty and trustworthiness are essential
- Be comfortable working independently
- The role involves being on your feet for up to 2 hours per shift, working across both ground and first floors, including stairs, so a reasonable level of fitness is important
Daily Cleaning Duties:
- Cleaning all ground floor and first floor areas, including:
- Vacuuming
- Wet mopping
- Light dusting
- Full cleaning of 3 customer-facing bathrooms
Weekly / Periodic Duties:
- Additional scheduled tasks may include:
- High-level cleaning
- Deep cleaning of designated areas within the building
Pay: £12.21-£13.50 per hour
