The Role
We are looking for a detail-driven, positive Housekeeper to help ensure our apartments and public areas are presented to the highest standard. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys being part of a supportive team, and understands that great presentation creates great guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean apartments and public areas to a consistently high standard
- Carry out daily checks of arrival rooms to ensure readiness for guests
- Complete weekly and deep-cleaning tasks as scheduled
- Maintain a clean, welcoming exterior entrance area
- Communicate effectively with your peers, line manager and wider team.
- Report maintenance issues promptly using our internal task system.
- Monitor and control stock levels of cleaning supplies and guest amenities
- Assist with linen management and handling rejects
- Record and report lost property correctly
- Greet guests warmly and courteously in public areas
- Be polite, respectful, and considerate of guests at all times
- Attend company training sessions to support development and high standards
What We’re Looking For
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is helpful but not essential, full training is provided
- A ‘can-do’ attitude and willingness to learn
- A strong team player who supports colleagues
- Positive, reliable, and professional approach
- A genuine passion for cleanliness, presentation, and quality
- Good communication skills and conversational English
- Basic computer literacy

Working Pattern:
We are looking for either:
- One full-time team member available to work 5–6 days per week, or
- Two part-time team members, each available to work 3–4 days per week.
Shifts are 6.5 hours per day, with weekend availability required. Working days will be agreed based on the successful candidate(s)' availability and business needs.
