As our company continues to grow, we are looking for a careful, organised and detail-oriented Manager Assistant to support our management team with daily administrative, operational and communication tasks. This role is ideal for someone who is responsible, reliable, highly organised and able to support managers in a fast-paced international business environment.
Key Responsibilities
As a Manager Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
- Provide daily administrative and operational support to managers and the wider team.
- Arrange, prepare and support internal and external meetings.
- Take clear and accurate meeting notes, minutes and action points.
- Organise, file and maintain contracts, business documents, records and internal files.
- Assist with preparing documents, reports, presentations and management materials.
- Support message follow-up and information sharing between managers, internal teams, external partners and clients.
- Help track tasks, deadlines and project progress to ensure matters are followed up on time.
- Coordinate calendars, appointments, meeting schedules and basic travel arrangements where required.
- Handle sensitive company and client information carefully and confidentially.
- Support office administration, data entry, document formatting and other day-to-day business support duties.
- Work closely with different departments, including marketing, operations, finance and business development.
- Complete any other reasonable tasks assigned by managers in line with the role.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong attention to detail and a careful, responsible working attitude.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office / Google Workspace, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Docs and Google Sheets.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up on deadlines.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to support managers and different teams.
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to work calmly under pressure.
- Previous experience in administration, assistant, office support, coordination or business support roles is preferred.
- Mandarin Chinese and English communication skills are highly desirable due to the company’s cross-border business nature.
