Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation and experience working in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Duties:
- Prepare and cook menu items in compliance with established recipes and standards
- Set up stations and collect all necessary supplies to prepare menu items
- Ensure food is prepared in a timely manner while maintaining high quality standards
- Assist with food inventory and ordering as needed
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Line Cook or relevant role in a restaurant setting
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Culinary degree or certification is a plus
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
