Urban Calm is an extremely busy and friendly salon as we move into our 23rd year we want to grown our team . We are looking for a talented and experienced Stylist to join our team. You will be responsible for providing an exceptional services to our clients, retailing , and mentoring junior stylists. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion and beauty , a strong sense of style, and a commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest trends in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consult with clients to determine their hair care needs and recommend the appropriate services
- Perform a variety of hair styling services, including cutting, coloring, and chemical treatments
- Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and building long-lasting relationships with clients
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in hair styling and techniques and incorporate them into your work
- Train and mentor junior stylists and apprentices, sharing your knowledge and skills with them
- Attend regular training sessions and industry events to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques
