SEN Learning Support Assistant – Secondary SEND School UES1
Location: Greenwich, South East London
Daily Rate: £108–£117 per day

A specialist secondary SEND school in Greenwich is seeking dedicated Learning Support Assistants to support students aged 11–19 with a range of additional needs including Autism, ADHD, Moderate Learning Difficulties and Speech & Language needs.
Working alongside experienced teachers and SEN professionals, you will help students access the curriculum, develop life skills and build confidence both academically and socially.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting students within classroom settings
- Providing targeted 1:1 and small-group interventions
- Assisting with differentiated learning activities
- Supporting positive behaviour and engagement
- Encouraging independence and personal development
- Working collaboratively with teaching and pastoral teams
Requirements:
- Previous SEN, education, care or youth work experience beneficial
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Positive and flexible attitude
- DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
