Salary: £36,000 basic + OTE approx. 65-75k
Working hours: Monday to Friday (based on a staff rota) with some weekend work required.
Working hours Mon – Fri range between 9am – 8pm.
Working hours Sat – Sun range between 9am – 5pm
Location: Hybrid (Remote and Onsite) or Remote (depending on location)
The Role
We are seeking a motivated and focused Sales Executive to join our team. This role is crucial to our operations, as you will be the primary point of contact for our patients, ensuring they receive the best possible care and support throughout their treatment journey.
This position combines both inbound and outbound sales activities, making it ideal for someone with strong sales skills and a passion for healthcare.

BioID Health is a developing nationwide remote medical provider of Bioidentical Hormone Therapy. This evolving and innovative new field of medicine treats the symptoms of hormone deficiency by mimicking the effects of natural hormone production. Our clinician-led treatment pathway uses unique and tailor-made bioidentical hormones to treat symptoms of low or imbalanced hormones in both men and women.
BioID aims to provide a safe, effective, and exclusive bespoke service with consultation and prescription of bioidentical hormones by specialist clinicians. BioID offers full and comprehensive training to its employees, so a pre-existing knowledge of hormone replacement therapy is not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the key point of contact for patients, answering queries and guiding them through the online booking process.
- Set up and sell treatment plans based on the Clinical Team’s recommendations, ensuring a seamless experience for the patient.
- Respond to inbound calls, capturing accurate data and entering it into our database.
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on patient bookings, chase missing information, and update patients on their orders and feedback from the doctor.
- Handle objections effectively, ensuring a smooth sales process and taking payments for treatment plans.
- Resolve patient issues promptly
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring patient satisfaction and retention.
- Ensure patients’ records are accurately maintained and up to date in compliance with data protection requirements.
- Use spreadsheets and multiple systems to report sales and other data, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Work closely with the multi-disciplinary team to ensure cohesive patient care.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and company protocols.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in sales, with strong objection handling skills.
- Experience working in a call centre environment, handling both inbound and outbound calls.
- Strong numerical skills and the ability to work across multiple systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A passion for helping others to feel good
- A compassionate and empathetic approach, with the ability to comfortably discuss confidential medical topics in a clinical environment.
Pay: £36,000.00 per year
