The Role
We are looking for a qualified Level 3 Early Years Educator to join our friendly team. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality care and education, supporting children’s learning through play, and ensuring their wellbeing at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework
- Support children’s learning and development, observing and assessing progress
- Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Ensure a safe, clean, and inclusive environment
- Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to learning journals
Requirements
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years
- Knowledge of the EYFS framework
- Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach
- Enhanced DBS check
- Provide 2 references
