So, what are we looking for?
We are looking for multiple Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineers to deliver high-quality planned maintenance, reactive repairs, and turn around void properties. They will play a key role in sustaining the quality of the properties within our portfolio.

Some of your brand-new responsibilities with us will include, but not limited to:
- General maintenance and upkeep
- Painting
- Lock changes
- Decorating
- Basic plumbing repairs such as unblocking sinks/toilets, fixing taps & valves, and dealing with leaks
- Basic electrical repair
- Investigate boiler issues
- Fitting window restrictions
- Light pest control treatments
- Light cleaning duties
- Small property clearance
- General void property works
Who you will be:
- Efficient
- Reliable
- Flexible
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Must hold a valid UK driving licence
- Own tools are preferred but not essential
