Recruitment Researcher / Delivery Consultant
MPM Resourcing is a small family-run recruitment business specialising in professional hires across the London and European construction markets.
We are looking for an experienced recruitment professional to join the business on a part time basis, in a flexible, remote role. This position would suit someone looking to step away from traditional agency recruitment, return to work around family commitments, or find a role that offers greater autonomy and flexibility.
The Role
Working directly with the Director, you will take ownership of candidate sourcing, talent mapping, LinkedIn outreach, pipeline building and CRM management across a range of professional construction appointments.
This is not a business development role. You will not be expected to win clients or make sales calls. Instead, your focus will be on identifying and engaging high-quality candidates, building talent pipelines and ensuring vacancies are worked thoroughly and efficiently.
The successful person will become an extension of the business and play a key role in ensuring every opportunity receives the attention it deserves.

- Manage and maintain the CRM database
- Record accurate candidate notes and information
- Track recruitment processes and candidate activity
- Book candidate calls and interviews where appropriate

- Research target companies and key individuals within relevant markets

- Strong understanding of LinkedIn Recruiter
- Experience using Boolean search techniques

- Understands the urgency and responsiveness required within recruitment
- Comfortable working independently without constant supervision

This role would particularly suit an experienced recruiter, resourcer or delivery consultant who enjoys the candidate side of recruitment and is looking for a flexible role where performance and results are valued more than hours spent at a desk.
