Responsibilities and Duties as a Dessert Maker:
- Ability to work both in a team and alone using your initiative.
- Working well under pressure during busy periods.
- Producing desserts according to the highest of standards.
- Flexible working hours from Monday - Sunday including weekends and late evenings closing at Midnight.
- Ensuring full area of responsibility is clean, appropriately presented and stocked at all times within the required service windows.
- Engage with customers to ensure a quality experience.
- Working according to maintenance duties during off peak times.
- To have responsibility of the making section and the running of orders.
- General cleaning and washing up duties.
- To help with cleaning and prepping duties which allow the production line to run efficiently.
