Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Car Sales Executive to join our reputable automotive dealership. We are seeking only experienced candidates who have a background and experience in car sales. Starting is annual £35,000 plus commission with the possibility to earn over £60,000 annually. We stock over 200 vehicles at all times covering a very large variety ranging from small hatchbacks, electric vehicles and a large variety of luxury and high performance vehicles offering lots of opportunity for a sales executive.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of sales management, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients. The successful applicant will be responsible for engaging with customers, promoting vehicle features, and closing sales efficiently while maintaining high standards of professionalism and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective clients through various channels, including face-to-face meetings, phone calls, and digital communications.
- Demonstrate vehicle features and benefits to customers, tailoring presentations to meet their needs.
- Utilise CRM software to manage leads, track customer interactions, and follow up on sales opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of current vehicle inventory, pricing strategies, and promotional offers.
- Upsell additional products or services such as warranties to maximise sales opportunities.
- Build rapport with clients by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining professional communication etiquette.
- Manage B2B sales relationships where applicable, fostering long-term partnerships with corporate clients.
- Organise appointments and follow-ups efficiently to ensure a seamless sales process.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
- Maintain organised records of customer interactions and sales activities within CRM systems.
Qualifications
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills coupled with professional phone etiquette.
