Job Description
Recruiting a factory worker to join a busy work place based in Earls Colne, working Monday–Friday, 7:00am–5:00pm at £12.71 per hour. It’s a fast-paced, hands-on position in a production environment with a possible temporary-to-permanent pathway.
Main duties
Roles Responsibilities:
Picking and packing food products accurately on a production line
Sorting and organising stock
Keeping up speed and efficiency in a busy warehouse / production environment
Maintaining hygiene and cleanliness standards at all times
Following strict health & safety and food safety regulations
Supporting general warehouse and production duties as required
Requirements
Previous factory production line experience is essential
A valid driving licence (Needed due to location/shift logistics)
Ability to work day shifts full-time, Monday to Friday
Able to work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive manual tasks
Reliable, punctual, and team-focused attitude
Salary: £12.71 P/H
