Job Introduction
We are seeking a highly organised and security-conscious Security Administrator to support the effective operation of the Security Department at HMP Addiewell.
This is a varied and rewarding role where you will play a key part in security compliance, data analysis, audit assurance, and maintaining the safe and secure running of the establishment.

Main Responsibilities

Ensuring CCTV and productions are available for presentation at the Orderly Room.

Handling productions and ensuring records are kept up to date.

Assisting with the testing of productions and report findings in line with the contract.

Liaison with Police Scotland.

Support staff training and awareness programmes.

Oversight of audit and assurance processes.

Ensure compliance with RIPSA standards across the establishment.

Input incidents data on to PR2 linking in closely with Intelligence Management Unit.

Liaison with external agencies including contracts for BWVC, radios, batons etc.

Undertake duties as required that will contribute to the effective operation of the Security Unit & whole establishment.

Maintain confidentiality at all times

Liaise with employees and members of the public in a polite, confident and friendly manner.

The Ideal Candidate need

Administration experience.

Excellent time management skills and have a methodical approach.
