The Role: Sales Associate
We are looking for confident, driven and outgoing Sales Associates to join our fast-growing team.
You will work as a key member of a regional team, typically looking after between 5–10 major cities across the UK. Your main focus will be building student communities, supporting event planning, promoting campaigns and helping deliver successful student events across your region.
This is a fast-paced role, especially during peak campaign periods, but it comes with huge earning potential, uncapped bonuses and the opportunity to progress quickly within a growing company.
Key Responsibilities
- Building and managing student communities
- Supporting the planning and promotion of events across your region
- Helping market large-scale student events and campaigns
- Working closely with a team of 3–5 people to coordinate successful events
- Hitting weekly KPIs and sales targets
- Engaging with students and building strong networks
- Supporting brand activations and campaign rollouts
- Contributing ideas to help grow communities and improve event performance

You do not need previous experience — full on-the-job training will be provided. However, any relevant sales, marketing or events experience is welcome.
