We’re now looking for an experienced MET Technician to join our Southampton workshop team, working on our own fleet accident repairs to the highest industry standards.

What You’ll Be Doing

Strip and refit vehicle components (interior, exterior, trim)

Diagnose faults and carry out mechanical/electrical repairs

Identify and report additional damage during repair process

Perform 4-wheel alignment and ensure correct vehicle geometry
-
Follow manufacturer repair methods and BSI 10125 / ESCRIBE standards

Ensure all work meets strict safety and quality requirements
What We’re Looking For
-
NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair / ATA / IMI (or equivalent)

Experience in an accident repair centre or high-volume bodyshop

Strong knowledge of vehicle diagnostics, EV/hybrid systems, trim

Own comprehensive tool kit

Strong health & safety awareness
-
A Full UK / Irish / EU Manual Driving Licence

Detail-oriented approach and strong technical capability
