Working Hours ;
This is a flexible, on-call position with availability required during:
£13.95 per hour - 35 pence per mile

Morning: 5:30am – 9:30am

Afternoon/Evening: 3:00pm – 9:00pm
(Additional contact outside these hours for emergency cover only)
Must have access to a vehicle and be able to drive
Key Responsibilities

Provide cover for absent cleaning staff across multiple sites

Maintain excellent cleaning standards and follow site schedules

Travel to sites where cover is required (sometimes at short notice)

Represent Lawrence Cleaning in a professional and positive manner

Communicate effectively with your Contract Manager

Keep accurate records of work and submit honest mileage/claim forms

Arrive on time and ready to work at assigned sites
What We’re Looking For

Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential)

Flexible and willing to travel across the Dudley area
-
Reliable with excellent timekeeping
-
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
-
Good communication skills
-
Previous cleaning experience preferred (training provided)

Professional, polite, and respectful at all times
