Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Provide professional grooming services to dogs of various breeds and sizes
- Perform bathing, brushing, trimming, and styling based on client preferences and breed standards
- Assess and address the specific grooming needs of each dog, including nail trimming, ear cleaning, and dental hygiene
- Ensure the comfort and well-being of dogs throughout the grooming process
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their grooming requirements and provide appropriate recommendations
- Maintain accurate records of grooming sessions, client preferences, and any relevant notes
Requirements:
- Experience in dog grooming
- Knowledge of different dog breeds, coat types, and grooming techniques.
- Proficiency in using grooming tools and equipment
- Excellent understanding of dog behavior, handling, and safety protocols
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality grooming results
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for dogs
- Ability to work both independently and collaborativly in a team environment
- Flexibility to accommodate varying grooming schedules and client demands
- Certification or formal training in dog grooming is preferred but not mandatory
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work
