We are seeking a dedicated Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional guest services. This role involves overseeing daily operations at our pamper party venues ensuring high standards of hospitality, and fostering a positive environment for both staff and guests. The Supervisor will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall guest experience while managing various aspects of the business.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations to ensure efficient service delivery and adherence to company standards.
- Provide exceptional guest services, addressing any concerns or feedback promptly and professionally.
- Manage and train staff, fostering a collaborative team environment while promoting individual growth and development.
- Implement effective time management strategies to optimise workflow and productivity.
- Maintain clear communication with team members, ensuring everyone is informed of operational updates and changes.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as necessary to maintain operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations within the workplace.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the children’s entertainment environment preferred but not essential
- Proven ability to motivate and lead a team towards achieving common goals.
Job Types: Part-time, Zero hours contract
Pay: £14.70 per hour
