Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and dynamic Events Stadium Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our stadium during various events. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth event execution, managing staff, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. Duties
- Coordinate and supervise all stadium operations during events.
- Lead and motivate a team of staff members to deliver outstanding guest services and ensure operational excellence.
- Develop and implement operational plans for each event, including staffing schedules, safety protocols, and logistical arrangements.
- Oversee the setup and breakdown of event spaces, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and professionally to enhance overall visitor experience.
- Liaise with event organisers, vendors, and external partners to facilitate seamless event execution,
- Prepare post-event reports analysing operational performance and identifying areas for improvement.
Experience
- Proven management experience within stadium or large venue operations.
- Strong background in hospitality or guest services with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams effectively in high-pressure environments.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to large-scale events.
- Strong financial budget experience.
