Location:Huntingdon Cambridgeshire (Commutable: Huntingdon, St Neots, Peterborough)
Salary: £40,000 – £52,000 per annum + Performance & Registration Bonuses

We are a growing provider launching a brand-new domiciliary care service. As our founding Registered Manager, you will lead us through the initial CQC registration process and take charge of securing our spot on local authority frameworks. You will have a blank canvas to build the branch, win council contracts, and establish a high-quality community service from the ground up.Key Responsibilities
- CQC Registration: Lead the setup, policy preparation, and submission of our new CQC application.
- Framework Tendering: Partner with directors to write, submit, and secure places on local council and Integrated Care Board (ICB) approved provider lists.
- Relationship Management: Act as the primary face of the company with local authority commissioning teams, social workers, and contract monitoring officers.
- Service Launch: Design and implement operational workflows, electronic scheduling systems, and compliance frameworks.
- Recruitment & Scale: Recruit, onboard, and train a high-performing team of care coordinators and support workers to meet framework KPIs.
Essential Requirements
- Framework Success: Proven experience working within local authority frameworks and a solid understanding of council contract compliance.
- CQC Registration Experience: Prior experience guiding a homecare or supported living service through a successful new CQC registration process.
- Qualifications: Hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care (or equivalent NVQ Level 4).
- Commercial Awareness: Strong understanding of procurement processes, tender questions, and local care market dynamics.
- Governance Literacy: Ability to draft and implement quality assurance policies that align with both CQC standards and local authority contract specifications.
