A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced and motivated Mortgage & Protection Adviser to join a growing and highly successful Financial Services division operating within a well-established Estate Agency environment across the West Midlands.

The Opportunity
You will be joining a busy Mortgage Hub team with access to a strong flow of estate agency-generated leads, ongoing support and excellent infrastructure to help you succeed.

Key Responsibilities
- Providing mortgage and protection advice to clients
- Generating and converting new business opportunities
- Building strong relationships with clients and internal colleagues
- Identifying referral opportunities across the wider business
- Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the process
- Working compliantly in line with FCA and Network standards
- Managing your pipeline effectively to achieve targets
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Full CeMAP qualification (or industry equivalent)
- Previous experience within mortgage and protection advice
- A proven track record within a target-driven sales environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A proactive and self-motivated approach
- Strong relationship-building abilities
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- A compliant and professional working style
