Ye Olde Nags Head in Castleton, Hope Valley, S33 8WH, is a charming, 'character' hotel set in the heart of the stunning Peak District National Park, offering 9 bedrooms, a full service bistro-style restaurant and a cosy real ale bar with regular live music and entertainment events that appeal to both local trade and visitors.
We require additional Front of House, Waiting and Bar Staff. This is a great opportunity to work for an exciting fast-moving fresh food business. We have a close, friendly team all committed to Making Ye Olde Nags Head a true success.
As Front of House Team Member, you will be responsible for:
- Welcoming guests and following a service cycle process.
- Advising guests on food and drink menu choices.
- Taking food and drink orders and serving tables.
- Operating the till system, processing credit card payments and handling cash.
- Delivering the very best customer experience, every time.
- Serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
- Maintaining clear communication with Front of House Team Members.
- Restock and replenish bar stock.
Ideal candidates will:
- Have a passion for good food and drink.
- Be smartly presented and confident.
- Show commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
- Perform well under pressure and thrive in a busy environment.
- Work well in a team, be able to prioritise and use their own initiative.
- Offer flexibility with shifts including bank holidays, evenings and weekends
