This is an exciting temporary opportunity for a skilled Relief Chef de Partie to join the kitchen brigade of a luxury country estate known for exceptional food and large scale events.
The kitchen delivers refined dining within a Multi Rosette environment while also producing outstanding banqueting for weddings, conferences and special occasions. This role is ideal for a confident chef who can support a busy section, work well within an established brigade and maintain excellent standards during high volume service.
You will be helping the senior kitchen team across restaurant service, weddings, events and refined banqueting, preparing fresh seasonal dishes with consistency and attention to detail. This is a great opportunity for a Chef de Partie who enjoys quality kitchens, premium ingredients and the chance to gain experience in a prestigious hospitality setting.

Relief Chef de Partie Ideal Profile:

A confident chef with strong experience working in quality focused kitchens

Comfortable supporting a section during busy service, including large banqueting operations

Passionate about fresh seasonal ingredients and producing high standard dishes

Strong team player who contributes positively within a busy kitchen brigade

Excellent organisation and the ability to stay calm under pressure

Committed to maintaining excellent hygiene, cleanliness and kitchen standards
Relief Chef de Partie Responsibilities:

Support the running of a kitchen section, ensuring dishes are prepared and presented to the required standard

Assist the senior kitchen team during weddings, events and restaurant service

Prepare and cook dishes using fresh seasonal ingredients while maintaining consistency

Assist with organisation of the section, including stock management and preparation

Support the wider kitchen brigade during busy service

Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene and kitchen cleanliness always
