We’re currently looking for a talented
Commercial Account Handler to join our clients rapidly expanding commercial team.
This role sits at the centre of the client relationship, giving you the chance to work with a wide range of businesses, from sole traders and small independent firms through to senior decision-makers such as Managing Directors and CEOs of larger organisations.
Working closely with the Branch Manager and Account Executives, you’ll play an important part in supporting business objectives while ensuring clients receive a professional, responsive and reliable service.
About the role
The position requires a strong eye for detail. You’ll regularly review client information and documentation to make sure everything is complete, accurate and suitable for the quotation process. Clear and precise records help ensure the correct cover is arranged while maintaining compliance standards.
Building strong working relationships is also a key part of the role. You’ll work with internal teams, clients and external contacts to ensure expectations are met and regulatory requirements are followed.
You’ll support Commercial Account Executives with the renewal process, helping to maintain high retention levels while delivering a service that continues to exceed client expectations and remains fully compliant with FCA requirements.
