Business Development Executive

Salary: £42,000-44,000
Your role:
In this role, you will drive business growth by acquiring new clients and strengthening relationships with existing ones, with a focus on regional broker and advisory firms in insurance and financial planning. You’ll promote the value of our products and services, ensuring their successful adoption across key accounts.
You will develop and maintain long-term, multi-level relationships, creating account plans that align with client needs and our corporate proposition. Collaboration is key - you’ll work closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and capitalize on growth opportunities.
Your responsibilities include engaging stakeholders, contributing to strategic planning, and providing regular updates on business development activities. You’ll also conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends, all while meeting revenue targets and ensuring exceptional client service.
Please note: This is a North-based role, with the successful candidate ideally located in Manchester, Leeds, or Newcastle, as the post covers the Sheffield, Inverness, and Northern Ireland regions.

You are comfortable travelling regularly within the UK to meet with existing and new clients.
