Summary
We are seeking dedicated Housekeepers to join our team at Aysgarth Falls Hotel. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of all public areas, ensuring a welcoming environment for all visitors.
Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain all public areas to the highest standards.
- Ensure all supplies are stocked and report any maintenance issues promptly.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests in a timely manner.
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols.
- Assist with laundry duties as needed to ensure linens are fresh and available.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations within the hotel.
Requirements
- Previous experience in housekeeping or commercial cleaning preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
