The Role
We are currently looking for reliable and hardworking Driver/Labourers to join our busy property maintenance team. This is a varied and hands-on role, supporting our engineers and tradespeople across multiple sites.
You will be responsible for driving company vehicles, transporting materials and equipment, and assisting with general site duties as required.
Daily Duties and Responsibilities
- Driving company vans and tipper trucks safely and responsibly
- Collecting and delivering materials to various job sites
- Removing and disposing of waste from properties and sites
- Assisting with house clearances
- Loading and unloading tools, equipment and materials
- Supporting tradespeople with light labouring tasks
- Keeping vehicles clean, tidy and roadworthy
- Completing basic paperwork such as delivery notes and waste transfer records
- Ensuring all work is carried out in line with company health and safety procedures
Essential Skills and Experience
- Must live within a commutable distance of Cheshunt (EN8)
- Full clean UK driving licence
- Confident driving vans and tipper vehicles
- Physically fit and able to carry out manual work
- Good timekeeping and reliability
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Flexible and willing attitude to work
Desirable Skills
- Previous experience in a similar driver or labourer role
- Basic knowledge of the building or property maintenance industry
- Experience of waste removal or site work
