Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team in Ipswich, IP1 6DW. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial cleaning and will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene.
Duties
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfaces.
- Clean and maintain restrooms, ensuring they are stocked with necessary supplies.
- Empty bins and dispose of waste in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain an organised supply area and ensure all cleaning equipment is properly stored.
Hours
- Monday to Friday
- 18:15-20:30hrs
- 11.25 hours per week
Requirements
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning essential.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently
- Good time management skills to complete tasks efficiently.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies is advantageous.
