Care Home Deputy Manager - Alphington Lodge
Contracted Hours: 36 hours per week
- 24 hours as Deputy Manager (DM): Management hours, typically 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM.
- 12 hours as Senior Support Worker: Operational shifts, worked flexibly as 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM, 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM, or 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM, in line with the service rota.

The successful applicant will have the following responsibilities:
- Assisting with administrative work in the care home
- Staff leadership & management, rota planning, medication management, audits
- Generally being the Manager's eyes and ears on the care floor

Requirements:
- Some weekend work required
- On-call – shared with the manager and a senior team

Pay: £29,764.80 per year
