Atom Coffee is looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead our team and help grow our business. We need someone with proven coffee shop management experience, strong leadership skills, and the drive to hit targets.
What you’ll do:
- Run day-to-day store operations
- Manage staffing and rotas
- Oversee costs and budgets
- Drive sales and hit performance targets
- Keep standards high across service, quality, and compliance
- Lead, train, and motivate the team

- Previous coffee shop store manager experience (essential)
