Duties
- Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
- Provide detailed information about menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods.
- Upsell additional items to enhance the dining experience.
- Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests' tables.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and communication.
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality or guest services is preferred but not essential.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly disposition are essential for providing excellent service.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail.
