- Proven experience as a Head/Sous Chef or a similar role.
- Take ownership of Menus and cook delicious and visually appealing meals from fresh.
- Excellent organizational / communication skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Lead, train and inspire.
-Manage stock, ordering, GP and kitchen costs.
- Ensure food quality and presentation meets the highest standards.
- Maintain a clean and organised kitchen.
- Adhere to food safety and food hygiene regulations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
