We are seeking an experienced and proactive Health & Safety Manager to lead Health, Safety, Environmental, and Occupational Health compliance across our Group. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in promoting a positive safety culture, ensuring compliance, and supporting operational excellence across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain all Health & Safety and Environmental accreditations.

Review and update H&S policies, procedures, training matrices, and documentation.

Lead audits, site inspections, investigations, and incident reporting, including RIDDOR where required.

Oversee RAMS, PPE, toolbox talks, inductions, and occupational health requirements.

Act as the main point of contact for all Health, Safety, and Environmental matters.

Deliver training, coaching, and guidance to managers and employees.

Produce monthly H&S reports for the Senior Leadership Team.

Support the ongoing development of a safe, compliant, and environmentally responsible workplace.
About You
-
NEBOSH or IOSH qualified.

Minimum 5 years' experience in a Health & Safety leadership or supervisory role.

Strong knowledge of UK Health & Safety legislation and compliance requirements.

Excellent communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CASH for Windows is advantageous.

Willingness to travel across the country where required in line with business needs and within the scope of this role.
