About the Role
Experience in e-commerce online customer support for B2C brand/s required.
We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Customer Service Advisor to join our remote team to provide support to customers via a range of platforms such as live chat, email, social media and marketplace channels, ensuring a positive and professional experience at every interaction.
You will be handling a range of queries, taking full ownership from first contact through to resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries via email and live chat in a timely, friendly, and professional manner
- Provide accurate information about products, orders, deliveries, and returns
- Resolve customer issues efficiently, finding smart and practical solutions to any customer queries
- Ensure a consistently high level of customer satisfaction
- Manage workload independently while meeting response time targets
- Becoming an expert on our customers and our products, and sharing this knowledge with the rest of the business
Skills & Experience
- Proven customer service experience
- Excellent written English, with strong attention to detail
- Confident and professional written communication skills
- Well organised, reliable, and able to manage your own time effectively
- Comfortable working remotely and independently
- Good computer literacy and confidence using online systems and tools
Desirable (but not essential)
- Experience with one or all of the following platforms: Shopify, eBay, Amazon Seller Central
- An interest in health, wellness, supplements, or nutrition
