We’re currently looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated Customer service adviser to join our team and help us deliver a great experience from the moment a customer walks through the door.
Role Overview:
As a key point of contact for our customers, you’ll play an important role in the daily running of the garage. You’ll handle bookings, liaise with workshop staff, manage calls and enquiries, and ensure customers are kept informed and looked after throughout their visit.
Key Responsibilities:
· Welcome customers warmly and handle enquiries in person, over the phone, and by email
· Manage vehicle bookings and job cards using our digital booking-in/out system
· Keep accurate records of customer information and service history
· Work closely with our mechanics and workshop team to ensure smooth
communication
· Update customers on their vehicle’s progress and provide clear explanations where
needed
· Handle payments and issue invoices
· Keep the reception area tidy, professional, and presentable
· Support with general admin tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For:
· Previous customer service experience is essential – ideally in a reception, hospitality, retail, or front-of-house role
· Comfortable using computers and booking systems (training provided)
· Strong communication and organisational skills
· Friendly and confident with a professional approach
· Able to manage multiple tasks and stay calm under pressure
· A basic knowledge of cars or the motor trade is preferred, but not essential – we can train the right person.
