Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Wrap Around Care Manager to oversee after-school care programmes for children. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment that promotes the well-being and development of children in our care. This role offers an opportunity to make a positive impact on young lives whilst working within a supportive team. Candidates should possess excellent organisational skills, a genuine passion for childcare, and the ability to communicate effectively in English.
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging activities that support children’s social, emotional, and developmental needs
- Supervise children during after-school sessions, holiday clubs, and special events
- Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all children at all times in accordance with safeguarding policies
- Coordinate with parents and guardians regarding children's progress, behaviour, and any concerns
- Manage daily administrative tasks including attendance records and activity planning
- Facilitate effective communication with team members to ensure programme consistency
- Foster a positive environment that encourages learning, independence, and fun
Requirements
- Proven experience in childcare, nannying, teaching, or related roles
- Strong understanding of child development principles and safeguarding procedures
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Ability to work flexibly during after-school hours
- A recognised qualification in childcare or education is preferred but not essential

Pay: £18,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
