It's an exciting time to join our Finance Shared Service Centre. With a new Head of Credit and Head of FSSC in place, we're investing in our people, processes and technology as we continue to build a modern, high-performing function.
A typical day:

Managing a portfolio of customer accounts and collecting outstanding debt

Building strong customer relationships while resolving invoice queries and payment issues

Monitoring aged debt, identifying risks and prioritising collection activity

Reviewing customer credit limits and making commercially sound decisions

Working closely with colleagues across Operations, Customer Service and Finance

Maintaining accurate records and account activity within our debt management systems
-
Supporting accounts placed on stop and recommending legal action where appropriate
-
Contributing ideas to improve processes, controls and ways of working
What you'll bring:

Experience within Credit Control, Accounts Receivable or a similar collections environment

Strong cash collection and debt management experience

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

A proactive, resilient and customer-focused approach

Strong organisation and attention to detail

Ability to manage priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Confidence making decisions and solving problems
