Kitchen Assistant Overview:
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Assistant to support the smooth running of our kitchen. The role involves helping with food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring hygiene standards are met throughout the kitchen,
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist chefs with basic food preparation tasks (e.g., chopping vegetables, preparing ingredients).
- Keep food preparation areas clean and tidy.
- Wash and clean utensils, dishes, and cooking equipment.
- Unload and store deliveries in accordance with food safety guidelines.
- Dispose of waste and recycling in the correct manner.
- Support with stock rotation and keeping storage areas organised.
- Follow health and safety and food hygiene regulations at all times
