One Education Music provides high-quality music making opportunities for children and young people across Manchester, supporting music in 186 schools across the city and delivering 6 weekly music centres. and in a variety of community & partner settings, delivering 25,000+ hours of musical activity for children and young people each year.
Music is an essential part of every young person’s education, building their confidence, creativity, cultural awareness and many more transferable skills which underpin their success across the whole school curriculum. Our offer is designed to provide high-quality and accessible musical opportunities to pupils in all settings, responding to needs at all levels of experience, and creating pathways towards a lifelong love of music.
We have an opportunity for enthusiastic and talented music instructors to join our team in Autumn ‘26 for a range of ongoing work in schools and music centres.
We’re interested in hearing from candidates who offer the following specialisms:
Guitar/Ukulele (inc. whole class)
Upper Strings (inc. whole class)
SEND music
Benefits include: –
£24.85 per hour + holiday pay (supplementary hours paid for curriculum delivery)
Mileage for work travel – 80p/mile
