Job Title: Car Rental Sales Agent
Location: Gatwick/Horley
Hours: 40 hours per week. Paid overtime available. 5/7 day shift pattern, Monday to Sunday (annualised hours)
Salary: £25,000 Basic + Commission Scheme. OTE £45,000 plus per annum
Other: Free Parking, uniform and training provided, must have car rental or similar motor industry experience
This is an exciting CUSTOMER FACING role. Rental Sales Agents are the face of the company and are responsible in ensuring our customers enjoy the experience and benefits of hiring with Green Motion.
A Rental Sales Agent is also responsible for delivering excellent admin and inspecting hire vehicles. Green Motion Gatwick services inbound Gatwick Airport flights, and is therefore open 7 days per week from 6am – 11pm. Rental Sales Agents must be able to work weekend, early, mid and late shifts within these hours.
This is NOT a Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm role. This position requires a motivated, customer focused sales-person, with an eye for detail and who thrives on working in a fast pace environment. We are looking for team players.
Specific Job Requirements
- Delivering excellent customer service
- Processing documentation and producing rental contracts in-line with hiring rules
- Sales of incremental products to enhance the customers hire experience such as vehicle upgrades and reduced waiver options
- Completing daily tasks such as fleet inventory and customer email replies.
Specific Candidate Requirements
- Must be 21+ and have a full driver’s licence for no less than 2 years
- Previous customer facing sales experience
- Must be flexible across a 7 day week and all shift options
