We are looking to recruit for full time care/support workers. One to One Homecare offer good rates of pay and also operate a performance related pay scheme so that all staff can have the opportunity to be rewarded on your performance.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Supporting our clients to live as independently as possible in their own homes.
- Supporting our clients with their social activities, sports and hobbies, employment, holidays etc along with support with general household duties such as cooking, cleaning etc.
- Successful candidates will be providing care and support to individuals with a Learning Disability and supporting them in achieving as independent lives as possible and to help them reach their full potential in life.
- Successful candidates will join a dedicated, motivated, and determined team who pride themselves in making a difference.
- Most of our Client calls are for block periods so you will normally find yourself getting to know the clients well and we often have social gatherings so that clients and staff can get together.
