Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal health outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ health status and medical histories.
- Develop and implement individualised care plans based on patient needs and preferences.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patients’ progress and response to treatment, making adjustments as necessary.
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment options, and self-care strategies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care.
- Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a safe environment for patients.
Requirements
- Must have at least 3 years Nursing Home experience
- Valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
- Strong clinical assessment skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with patients and families.
- Ability to work effectively within a team as well as independently.
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is desirable but not essential; newly qualified nurses are encouraged to apply.
